Title: A Memorable Family Stay

My children wanted more variety in the children's menu.

Loved the extravagant "Unlock" custom benefits, especially the unforgettable experiences. The restaurant was a delight with its international cuisine. The hotel offered a range of amenities and services, and the indoor pool was great - perfect for pretending to be a mermaid. The location was convenient too.

Oh, and who needs staff that can actually provide helpful advice on local transportation and attractions? Not me, apparently.

For us it was ideal.

Great location with easy access to public transportation. Clean and well-kept hotel facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were tasty and varied.

The hotel benefits from a great location, just in front of a subway line which is very easy to use. it is right next to a metro stop & the cultural Centre, providing a convenient base and easy access to the city's attractions. Rooms are comfy and clean, with nice views from the higher floors.

The breakfast room is terribly small, and often crowded. It makes it hard to enjoy the meal, and the staff seem overwhelmed to accommodate everyone.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference in Suzhou and it was a great choice. The hotel is located in the business district and is eco-friendly. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The conference center next door was very convenient and the hotel provided a comfortable and productive stay.

The only drawback was that the hotel did not offer a dedicated business center. As someone who needed to work during my stay, having a designated space with office equipment would have been helpful.

The room was nicely decorated with lovely bed linen and towels. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Our romantic escape was dampened by the unfriendly staff. They seemed unhappy to help us with any request.

We had a blast exploring Suzhou and then chilling at the hotel. The fitness center was on point, we pumped some serious iron there. And the sauna and massage were heavenly, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Oh, and the children's playground was lit, even though we're like big kids ourselves. We had so much fun, definitely coming back!

The only thing missing for us party animals was a cool rooftop bar or nightclub at the hotel. It would've been awesome to have a place to dance and party without leaving the hotel.

The hotel has a few good things, like the swimming pool and the modern and stylish lobby. The location is also handy, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the metro is just a few steps away, making it easy to visit key places in the city.

Our stay was not one hundred percent enjoyable. The breakfast selection was limited, with not many options that catered to Western tastes.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty treatments were top-notch, and the garden area was a lovely place to relax. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks. The room itself was spacious and had many exclusive advantages, including private facilities and a balcony with a beautiful view. The location was also advantageous, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of English-speaking staff. While we managed to communicate with a few words of Chinese, it was sometimes difficult to understand each other.
